Mailit is a campaign management platform for creating, managing, and analyzing email campaigns. Built for small to medium businesses who need a simpler alternative to enterprise tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid — with focus on the Portuguese market.

I designed and built the product end-to-end, from initial concept to working prototype.

Explored different campaign creation flows, focusing on simplifying steps and improving clarity.
A unified dashboard combining campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable alerts.
A unified dashboard combining campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable alerts.
Created a simple a multi-step send flow to minimise drop-off at the critical last stage — where most campaign tools lose users to confusion or second-guessing.

Explorations

Simplified the form into a single focused screen with a contextual panel for actions.

Collaboration

Worked closely with developers, aligning design decisions with technical constraints.

As part of the frontend implementation, I translated UI into code, ensuring consistency and speed during development.

Results

The platform consolidated campaign creation, audience management, and analytics into a unified workflow — reducing setup time and eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.
Key features: modular block composer for email templates, real-time preview, performance dashboards with engagement metrics.
